    We are looking for a Vice President of Product Management/Sales/Marketing of our Mantis, Little Wonder and Classen brands. Relocation may be considered.

    Vision

    This position is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Mantis, Little Wonder and Classen brands through development and execution of all product, sales, marketing and customer service strategies. This position will utilize a deep understanding of the market needs of customers and map evolving needs as the foundation to drive this growth, and ensure flawless execution of the plans to achieve growth goals.

    • Comprehensive sales planning with clear execution strategy
    • Customer service strategy and execution plan

     Expectations

    • Know and understand target customers in each market segment
    • Develop and implement a clear product and marketing strategy and plans for each of the three brands (Mantis, Little Wonder and Classen)
    • Develop and execute detailed marketing plans for each brand that deliver the awareness, leads and close rates needed to achieve the sales objectives for each brand
    • Manage distribution channels to reach target customers for each brand and exceed sales goals
    • Develop and track the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success in this position, including product development, lead generation, close rates, market share and other appropriate measurements. Utilize KPIs to train, recognize and develop team as well as identify gaps and drive accountability culture
    • Build and develop a measurable sales process and structured approach within the sales team; setting goals and objectives, and actively monitoring progress
    • Develop and implement annual brand business plans and manage brand P&Ls on a monthly basis
    • Recruit, hire and replace resources as necessary to ensure the right team is in place to support the strategies
    • Work with IT partners to implement a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to enable the strategies and plans, and provide greater visibility

    • Utilie market research and consumer insights to drive strategies
    • Directly manage major and critical projects, and coordinate the management of other projects
    • Direct and oversee the development of new products
    • Drive brand awareness through digital marketing strategies
    • Utilize CRM to educate on the power of marketing; utilize to drive sales behaviors
    • Develop deep understanding of end-user and channel customers in target market segments – product needs and media consumption habits
    • Develop and execute sales strategy for each brand and channel based on market research and competitor analysis
    • Work with outside agencies and consultants to execute key components of the sales and business strategies
    • Observe market changes; anticipate outcomes and proactively make strategic changes accordingly
    • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

    Qualifications

    Essential skills / experience

    • Proven Leadership skills
    • Team player and strong contributor to senior leadership team
    • Proven project management and execution skills
    • Proven experience with market research, consumer insights and VOC
    • Proven experience with channel development and management
    • 5-10 years of sales management experience
    • Experience with implementation and usage of CRM systems
    • Experience with development of Marketing Communications plans (traditional and digital/social) and management of external agencies
