  • Overview

    The Sales and Customer Support Representative will develop individual relationships with our distributors, dealers, and the outside sales team. They will handle customer inquiries by phone, fax, and email, and provide support for order processing, order expediting and billing. They will also assist the outside sales team with requests to expedite orders, investigate shipping questions and act as a liaison between internal departments, outside sales force and outside customers. 



    • Answer incoming calls relating to customer service, sales, order status, back orders, distribution inquires and aftermarket issues
    • Maintain key relationships with all distributors, dealers, customers and sales team members
    • Maintain and verify inventory with 3rd party admin (Smart Warehouse) at the end of the month, enter and ship orders as needed
    • Provide support by helping manage and maintain inventory records with Accounting and Production Control
    • Interface with all departments to obtain information required by customers and respond back to customers on a timely basis
    • Key customer orders into system and ship TX/OK orders
    • Process approval numbers and set up new accounts in the system
    • Assist sales team with all inquiries as needed
    • Run end of the month excel reports for the Sales Team
    • Process Spiffs, Marketing Rebates and Credits as needed
    • Provide support for the ACT System - maintain Dealer sheets, research opportunity mailings
    • Transfer reports from data bases into Excel as needed
    • Monitor complaints regarding products and alert management of potential problem areas
    • Back up front desk with phone coverage, once properly trained in the position
    • Other duties as assigned



    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Preferred five (5) years customer service experience in a technical environment
    • Organizational skills; ability to review and analyze efficiently the existing practices and recommend improvements
    • Strong problem solving skills; ability to work with minimal supervision, self-starter
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; team player
    • Patient attitude with strong listening skills.
    • Excellent computer skills in Excel and Power Point
