The Sales and Customer Support Representative will develop individual relationships with our distributors, dealers, and the outside sales team. They will handle customer inquiries by phone, fax, and email, and provide support for order processing, order expediting and billing. They will also assist the outside sales team with requests to expedite orders, investigate shipping questions and act as a liaison between internal departments, outside sales force and outside customers.
